Terms of Service
Last updated: June 20, 2026. These terms govern the purchasing of ready-to-wear and customized garments from Pokisoki.
1. Bespoke Manufacturing Lead Times
Garments marked as “Bespoke Pattern” or “Custom Size” are cut and stitched individually. Sourcing and sewing operations require an estimated 12-14 business days from pattern approval to package handover. While we aim for prompt delivery, seasonal backlogs may extend production windows. We will notify you of any changes.
2. Sizing Tolerances & Customer Responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of measurements supplied through our configurator. Our tailors pattern clothes to match these figures with a master tolerance of ±0.5 cm. In the event of a significant fit discrepancy, we offer a complimentary alteration window within 14 days of package receipt.
3. Custom Return Restrictions
Because custom-fitted dresses are patterned specifically to your proportions, they cannot be resold. Consequently, bespoke orders are exempt from standard refund codes unless there is a physical material defect. Ready-to-wear items in standard sizes (XS-XL) may be returned or exchanged in original condition within 14 days.
